Worst customer support and after sales service as usual
BSNL braodband cannot setisfy clients. It comes like boom but after few days service quality goes down and down. They say they are providing good support but no one will reply you. You will not get any reply for your written mails to their mail IDs except some computer generated mails. Worst experience will never recommend.

Pathetic service ..You can’t call customer care either they are not picking or there is no option to connect with customer care.
From past 2 months I am waiting for the refund ,no one has any idea what is going on.Modem was picked 2 months ago but they are saying that modem is still not picked.sent them all the screenshots and everything but now they have stopped replying..
serios suggestion : While going for this connection forget about the amount which you paid for modem.
Plus the service is very very bad , no one would help you if anything goes wrong .
So my suggestion is to go with some 500 rupees internet as those guys will be supportive..
Worst Service received from BSNL Broadband
Worst customer care. No one responds to emails. Phone customer care doesnt pick up even after waiting for 20-30 mins. Got through customer care after 4 days and raised disconnection request. No one comes to pick up device even after timeline committed is gone. No answer on security deposit. Forget your deposit they will never give it back.
